Scrum is a lightweight framework for building software. It does not have a lot of steadfast rules, nor does it tell teams when to do what and how to do it. This has both positive and negative impacts. Some teams implement Scrum and fail where others succeed wildly. Scrum, when implemented well, provides great benefit to all levels of the organization, most notably the teams doing the work, the development teams. What is needed to implement Scrum successfully? As a team member, why should I care about Scrum? Is it all a bed of roses? Will Scrum solve all of our problems?
